Century Refineries specializes in transforming used lubricating oil into premium-quality base oils that rival virgin products. Our state-of-the-art facility in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, produces exceptional neutral base lubricant stocks known for their superior color and stability. Our base oils have undergone rigorous laboratory testing to meet all industry standards and are trusted by major oil producers and independent lubricant blenders alike.

Safety is paramount in our processing. Our technicians meticulously monitor oil flow at every stage. We exclude any incoming feedstock containing non-lubricant contaminants, such as highly chlorinated solvents, from the processing stream. These excluded materials are safely disposed of in our on-site Hazardous Waste Incinerator or at other authorized hazardous waste facilities.

Our recycling process is highly efficient, with over 75% of the lubricating oil content from used oil being reclaimed as premium base stock. These base stocks are free from potentially hazardous contaminants, including chlorine and harmful aromatics.

As part of our commitment to a circular economy, Century Refineries offers toll blending services for grease production to numerous national and multinational companies. While we don’t sell grease under our own brand name, we manufacture custom grease products using re-refined base oils as feedstock upon client request. For critical applications, some clients specify the use of virgin base oils in their grease formulations, which we accommodate accordingly.
