Our facility features state-of-the-art WIPED FILM EVAPORATORS capable of processing a wide range of industrial used oils. We have two plants, each with a capacity of 10,000 KL per year:
We employ an advanced, environmentally friendly High Vacuum Thin Film Technology for used oil re-refining. This process replaces the conventional acid clay treatment, which is ineffective for modern, semi-synthetic high-performance oils. Our technology offers several advantages:

Used Oil Processing Plant
We are authorized by the Karnataka State Pollution Control Board and registered with the Central Pollution Control Board to reprocess:
– Category 5.1: Used Oils
• Used Oil are generated by:
• Car, Truck, Bus, Rail, Bike and Aeroplane Service Centers
• Stationery Power Generators
• Windmills
• Industrial Operations
These waste oils typically contain:
• 5% water sent to Treatment and disposal
• 5% solids sent to Treatment and disposal
• 10% fuel to be used in Heater and Incinerator
• 5% Oil adsorption by clay sent to Treatment and disposal
• 12% Asphalt Flux to be sold to Rubber manufacturing
• 63% Re-Refined Base Oil to be sold as a raw material for manufacturing Greases and Lubricants

These waste oils typically contain
– 20% water | – 5% solids | – 75% fuel . Using Vacuum Technology, we recover fuel from these waste oils, which can be utilized in boilers and incinerators. Hazardous Waste Incineration Our incineration facility, operational since 2003, provides environmentally secure disposal services for:
– Hazardous waste incineration
– Used coolant disposal
The facility has a capacity to incinerate 400 kg per hour, handling both solid and liquid waste. Post-incineration, the ash is safely transported to a Treatment, Storage, and Disposal Facility (TSDF) for final disposal.
